Items are available while supplies last. If you purchase an item that is no longer available you will be given the option to be fully refunded or choose another item for that same value. If your alternative choice is not of the same valve, the difference will be charged or refunded base on the situation.
Shipping
Services in Canada only. All orders will be processed in 1 business day after payment is received. Paypal is currently the only payment method accepted. Packages that are processed will be shipped by UPS, Canada Post or a Rebel Records rep. Items will be dilivered DIRECTLY TO YOUR DOOR, you will be informed of the exact day of dilivery. If the item is in stock at our location dilivery is within 3 days, if it is being shipped from the manufacture may be a 1-4 week wait of dilivery. Delays may occur during holidays and after long weekends. Once shipped a tracking number will be provided.
Note: Please be sure to be present at the time of delivery if possible, UPS will not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows "Delivered". We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost packages once tracking shows 'Delivered'.
Reutrn Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you don't love your order, let us know. We will refund the purchase amount less restocking fee for items received back for return that are in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee if free Shipping was issued on the order. Please include the reason for the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns. You must contact us for approval before returning an item. Please include an invoice along with the returned merchandise in order for us to process your return quickly. Items with a price of $10 or less are final sale. All accessories and lingerie are final sale. Orders outside of Canada are final sale. Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
We inspect all product before shipping from our location. If it is not up to our high standard it will not be shipped. In the event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us with in 2 days of delivery. A picture is required for our review. Refunds will be issued for merchandise deemed defective.
